Coaching Overview

Coaches at Fusion FC are the key to our players individual growth. We offer a number of paid, discounted player fee based, and volunteer roles across our Select and Grassroots (Recreational) teams. All of our coaches are committed, connected and supportive of one another.

Select Coaching with Fusion FC

  • Paid Trainer and Coach opportunities available
  • Giving back to the game while carrying on with your personal profession
  • Paid monthly while in the season
  • August through May (U09-U14)
  • November through May (U15-U18/19)
  • Must comply with National Coach Licensing requirements for age group coached
  • Reimbursement for National Coach Licensing
  • Must remain current on all Federal, State Association or Club required Risk Management
  • Background checks always required
  • Initial Club provided branded apparel
  • Parent of player head and assistant coach opportunities available
  • Scheduling Games and Training to fit your busy schedule
  • 100% Head and 50% Assistant Coach discounts
  • One head and one assistant coach allowed per team
  • Must comply with Fusion FC and National Coach Licensing requirements for the age group to be qualified to coach and to achieve a discount
  • Reimbursement for National Coach Licensing available
  • Must remain current on all Federal, State Association or Club required Risk Management

Grassroots (Recreational) Coaching with Fusion FC

  • 100% Volunteer Head Coach and one 50% Assistant Coach discount available
  • Includes one player’s uniform
  • Game ball, pinnies and set of cones provided to new coaches
  • Guidance from Club Competitive Directors of Coaching available
  • National Coach Licensing reimbursement available and recommended
  • Background checks always required
  • Must remain current on all State Association or Club required Risk Management
